From the mind of our Head Chef to the end of your chop sticks.

After working for a prominent sushi chain, our Head Chef and Founder wanted to take on a new challange – to provide innovative Japanese cuisine in the heart of London. Yuzu was born out of his sheer hardwork and dedication to the true origins of the humble sushi.

Our Philosophy

Farm Fresh & Organic Food

Our Head chef personally goes to Billingsgate fish market and Smithfileds meat market to select our products.

Along with the freshest of ingredients from farms surrounding London, each dish is made with passion. Every chef and wait staff adopt the same care and pride in everything they do. That his the Yuzu way adopted from the finest of the Japanese culture.
